Cultivating the God-Kind of Faith

We are called to have the God-kind of faith. This isn’t just a suggestion—it’s an invitation into a divine partnership with our Heavenly Father, whom we lovingly call Daddy God. Through the Blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who paid the ultimate price to set us free from sin and the bondage of evil, we now have the authority to live victoriously.

When we call upon the Biblical covenants available to us through Christ, we gain total access to God’s promises. By aligning ourselves with His faith and His will, we can declare, through our words, healing, protection, provision, and total well-being over our friends, family, and anyone in need. This is not just positive thinking—it’s standing on the unshakeable foundation of God's Word.

A blood-stained crown of thorns, nails, and wooden crossbeam powerfully symbolize Jesus' ultimate sacrifice, whose shed blood broke the chains of sin and evil to set us free.

Jesus Himself instructs us to have this kind of faith, "Have faith in God." (Mark 11:22, KJV). Some translations clarify this as, “Have the faith of God,” emphasizing that we are to operate with the same confidence and authority in God’s power. This means speaking to the mountains in our lives, expecting them to move (Mark 11:23 KJV).

When we speak in faith, we mirror God’s creative power. Just as God spoke the world into existence, our words carry the power to shape our realities, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits." (Proverbs 18:21, ESV).

This divine authority isn’t something we earn; it’s a gift given to us because of our position in Christ. We are heirs to the promises of Abraham, inheriting every blessing through Jesus:

"If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise." (Galatians 3:29, NIV).

The covenant blessings of Abraham include health, wealth, protection, and favor. When we pray and declare God’s word, we trust that His promises are true and active in our lives:

"For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us." (2 Corinthians 1:20, NKJV).

Our authority to speak healing, provision, and freedom stems directly from Jesus’ finished work on the cross. His blood not only washed away our sins but also secured our victory over every form of bondage:

"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5, NKJV).

Through Jesus’ sacrifice, we are no longer slaves to fear, sickness, or lack. We are empowered to live as sons and daughters of God, fully equipped to walk in His authority. As believers, we are encouraged to boldly approach God, not as distant subjects, but as beloved children confident in His love:

"Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." (Hebrews 4:16, NIV).

Daddy God expects us to live in this power daily. The God-kind of faith is not passive; it’s active, bold, and unwavering. It speaks life into dead situations, calls forth provision in times of lack, and declares healing in the face of sickness. This faith isn’t just for us—it’s for everyone we encounter. Through our words, we become vessels of God’s love and power, projecting His will into the lives of those around us.

Let us embrace this calling, knowing that through Christ, we have been set free to live in victory. Speak boldly, believe confidently, and watch as God’s promises unfold in every area of your life.
