store in Heaven—through obedience, faith, and love—will greet us upon arrival.
As I meditate on the authority entrusted to us, I realize we are not powerless. We have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16 KJV), the faith of God (Mark 11:22, literal translation), the wisdom of the Holy Spirit (John 14:26 KJV), and the dominion originally given to humanity (Genesis 1:28 KJV). These truths are not abstract—they equip us to walk in authority. One night, I had a dream that deeply impacted me. In it, Jesus and I were pushing a grotesque, black, evil cloud into a pit. We then commanded jagged rocks to fall and seal it shut. But this dream felt different. I was no longer just God’s child sitting on His lap, discussing the day’s events. Instead, I was standing side-by-side with Jesus, working with Him to destroy the devil’s schemes.
For the first time, I saw myself as a mature believer—an adult in the Spirit, not a spiritual infant. In the dream, I asked the Lord, “What do I call You now? I’ve always called You ‘Daddy God.’” He gently responded, “From now on, refer to Me as ‘Father God,’ just as Jesus did.” This mirrored how Jesus addressed God throughout the Gospels (see John 17:1, Matthew 6:9 KJV). As mature believers, we are called to do the will of the Father and to obey the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Himself said, “I do nothing on My own but speak just what the Father has taught Me” (John 8:28, NIV).
Now is the time for the Body of Christ to rise up in maturity and take our rightful place in every sphere of influence—government, church, family, education, media, business, and entertainment. This aligns with the biblical mandate in Romans 8:19 (NLT): “For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who His children really are.” We are those children, and as we become the Bride of Christ—mature, radiant, without spot or wrinkle (Ephesians 5:27 KJV)—we will help usher in the return of our King. Clothed in fine linen, bright and clean, we will be ready for the marriage supper of the Lamb (Revelation 19:7–8 KJV).
We have a glorious, eternal future ahead—living with our Savior, communing with our Father God, walking with the Holy Spirit, and rejoicing with all the saints who have gone before us. Let us step boldly into our spiritual adulthood and fulfill our purpose on earth before we enter the joy of Heaven.
Declaration:
Today, I choose to walk in my God-given authority. I have the mind of Christ, the faith of God, and the power of the Holy Spirit dwelling within me. I am no longer a spiritual child—I stand as a mature believer, doing the will of my Father. I am part of the victorious Bride of Christ, and I take my place in advancing His Kingdom.
Prayer:
Father God, thank You for trusting me with Your authority on earth. Help me walk in spiritual maturity and boldly take my place in every area You’ve called me to influence. Teach me to hear Your voice through the Holy Spirit and obey Your will without hesitation. Strengthen me to stand alongside Jesus, destroying the works of darkness and shining Your light in every corner of this world. Prepare me to be the Bride You long to receive—pure, faithful, and clothed in righteousness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Scriptures on Spiritual Maturity in Christ

Hebrews 5:12-14 (NIV) “In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God's word all over again... But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.”

Scriptures About Spiritual Immaturity and Being Like Children (in a negative sense)
1 Corinthians 3:1–3 (NIV) “Brothers and sisters, I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ... For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly?”
Hebrews 5:12–13 (NIV) “Though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God's word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness.”
Ephesians 4:14 (NKJV) “That we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting...”
Galatians 4:1–3 (NIV) “What I am saying is that as long as an heir is underage, he is no different from a slave... In the same way we also, when we were children, were in slavery under the elemental spiritual forces of the world.”
Isaiah 28:9 (KJV) “Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.”
