Moving from the Realm of the Natural to the Supernatural

As we learn to move from the natural into the supernatural, the Bible instructs us to “test the spirits to see whether they are from God” (1 John 4:1, NIV). Discernment is critical as we grow in our spiritual walk, ensuring that the guidance we follow aligns with God’s Word.

The Bible is God’s law by which we must live. “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105, NIV). If we analyze each rule, we will see how each was intended to lead us into the abundant life that Daddy God has provided for us. Jesus declared, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10, NIV).

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline” (2 Timothy 1:7, NIV). Fear is not from God, and as His children, we are called to walk in confidence, guided by His Spirit.

A dove soars gracefully through radiant beams of light, symbolizing the Holy Spirit's presence and guidance in our lives.

Learn to listen to that inner voice, often referred to as our conscience, but which is truly the leading of the Holy Spirit. Jesus promised us the Holy Spirit as our guide: “But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth” (John 16:13, NIV). The Holy Spirit speaks gently to our hearts, directing our steps and leading us into righteousness. “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it’” (Isaiah 30:21, NIV).

As we grow in listening to His voice, we will experience the fullness of the abundant life God has prepared for us, free from fear and filled with His peace. “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will

guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7, NIV).

As we read and study the Bible, we are able to take one truth at a time, and practice believing and speaking that truth into our everyday lives. Let’s move into the supernatural  together and share many testimonials of victories and encourage each other to stay focused on God’s promises.

As we take time to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, let’s make Daddy God happy by using all of His provisions for our well-being and sharing the victories we obtain. “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases” (Psalm 103:2-3, ESV).

Remember, Jesus provided the sacrifice. “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5, NIV). Since He paid the price, He deserves the victories we have. “You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, NIV).

Jesus deserves your healing and the abundant life He has provided. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full” (John 10:10, NIV). Let us celebrate His birth by walking in His blessings and glorifying His name through the victories He enables us to achieve.
